Q: Can I change the recipient information or shipping address after placing an order?

Taiwan offshore islands & overseas:
◼ Orders will be shipped within 10 business days after confirmation, in the order they were received. Actual delivery time depends on the local logistics situation.

Q: What should I do if the wrong item was sent or the product is defective?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. Provide the following information: order number, description of the product issue, photos of the product, unboxing video, name, contact number, and shipping address.
We will arrange to send the correct item as soon as possible. Please ensure the item to be returned is properly packaged and hand it over to the delivery driver for pickup.
