Q4. 到貨時還會被收關稅嗎?
A4:由於國際運輸規定,每個國家可能會依商品類別與價值收取關稅或其他費用,
這是由當地海關核算,並非我們收取。若需支付關稅,請依當地規定繳納,以順利領取包裹。
也建議您事先了解進口稅費標準,避免不便。
Q5. 出貨時間需要多久?
A5:訂單完成後,將於 10 個工作天內 按照訂單順序安排出貨。
實際到貨時間則依快遞公司配送狀況及當地清關速度而定,敬請耐心等候。
Q6. 海外訂單付款方式?
A6:海外付款目前僅支援信用卡,商品皆以台幣計價,使用海外信用卡結帳時,交易手續費、匯率與退款手續費依發卡銀行規定。如有任何疑問,請聯繫您的信用卡發卡銀行。
海外訂單退貨責任說明
1.海外訂單不提供退換貨服務
由於海外運送時間較長,且跨國退換貨流程繁瑣,目前 無法提供海外會員退換貨服務。
